Moreover: The villa is in the coastal city of Kiato, in the northern department of the prefecture of Korinthos , in the Peloponnese region of Greece . It is situated 107 km from Athens and is connected with the central airport of Athens, El. Venizelos, by two ways. Either through the national road, by car, within 1 hour and 15 minutes or by suburban railway within 1 hour and 30 minutes. It lies at a distance of 30 minutes, by car, from Loutraki (casino) and 45 minutes from Nafplio. Additionally within an hour and a half the ski resort of Trikala is accessible. The villa lies inside city plans and limits, in a grove and 600 meters from the sea coast via paved road. On the coast there is an organized marina. It was built on 2 adjacent plots (1600 and 400 square meters respectively).Two construction permits have been issued, of 615 and 55 square meters respectively. The main structure is constructed on the major plot whereas the guest house stands within the minor plot. Both constructions hold their respective construction licenses. Both structures are daily maintained by gardeners and cleaning crews.In the large plot lies the garage, storage rooms and dedicated space housing main controls regarding water provision, ventilation and power supply. Situated in the smaller plot is the guest house and barbecue area. Both residences were built in 2007 and have not been occupied since. We must note the existence of storage spaces, housed garage able to facilitate 2 cars as well as external parking space able to accommodate 10 additional cars, underground bunker/ cellar/storage space, all amenities and facilities able to provide independent supply of water and electricity aside from main grids and provisions (ex.
