Stathis Kanterakis
Owner & CEO

Stathis Kanterakis was born in 1964 in Athens. In 1986 he graduated from the Military Academy (CPA), with the rank of second lieutenant of Infantry. In 2007 he dismissed bearing the rank of colonel. Alongside he developed many activities in the area of “marketing and development” and he founded the "KANTERAKIS S.A.” company, concerning real estate development. His ''believes'' for the GREEKDREAMS, completely intertwined with the Holiday Houses, expressed his thoughts on that: "By the same respect we are function and towards nature, creating an ecological environment, harmonized perfectly with the landscape"

Gina Stavraki
Architect

Gina Stavraki was born in 1956 in Athens and graduated from the Department of Architecture School of the Athens Polytechnic in 1980 and continued with postgraduate scholarship in Great Britain with subjects which mostly referred to the traditional Greek house. She obtained Master of Science in Architecture. In her professional activity you can distinguish her participation in studies for hotels industries, holiday homes in many Greek islands, refugee rehabilitation in Taurus square, creating settlements homogeny (Arcadian village), studies for creating Pontian villages in northern Greece, the study of homogeny village "Palairos" where she was responsible and numerous other studies.

Sotiris Gratsanis
Civil Engineer

Sotiris C. Gratsanis was born in Ioannina in 1964.In 1982 he entered the Military Academy, graduating in 1986 with the rank of second lieutenant of Engineers. In 1996 he graduated from STEAMCH with the specificity of the structural engineer. In 2000 he graduated from the National Technical University with specialization in Civil Engineering. In 2003 he graduated from the School of War. In 2008 bearing the rank of colonel he retired, in order to do business.

Nikos Vafidis
Interior Designer

Nikos Vafidis was born in 1967 in Athens. In 1986, succeed at National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Architecture department. In 1991, he established “N.Vafidis” company, which has handling studies and constructions internal and external places and kiosks, which all those were exported in Europe, USA, Turkey, Australia and Africa. In 1993, he was awarded the international award "INTERNATIONAL RACOGNITION OF EFFICIENCY", by Spanish Government. Now he works for "Kanterakis S.A.", as an Interior Designer and Project Manager.

Stelios Vranakis
General Manager

Stelios Vranakis was born in Chania, Crete in 1951.He studied in the merchant marine engineering school in Piraeus and until then he lives and works in Athens. In his first steps he practiced on his studies but in 1988 he dared to make a new start as a professional freelance and work on the buying and selling real estates in Crete, Greek islands, Saronicos, in Attica and mainly in old Athens. Since 2011 he has undertake the General Directorate of the GREEK DREAMS company.

Alkistis Kanterakis
Sales Office Manager

Alkistis Kanterakis is the manager for the sales office of Greek Dreams in Crete. She joined the group "KANTERAKIS SA" in 2008. She Studies in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, University of Ioannina. She is also Development Manager in the environmental site www.greenaim.gr. She speaks English and has a Master in computers.
