Stathis Kanterakis

Stathis Kanterakis was born in 1964 in Athens where he finished his upper secondary studies. In 1982 he entered the Military Academy (CPA), where he graduated in 1986, with the rank of second lieutenant of Infantry. After a remarkable 25-year career path in various positions of the Armed Forces, was dismissed in 2007 bearing the rank of colonel. Alongside he developed many activities in the area of “marketing and development” and he founded the "KANTERAKIS S.A. company, concerning real estate development. He participated in many international forum and exhibitions showing the work and potential of the company. His ''believes'' for the GREEKDREAMS, completely intertwined with the Holiday Houses, expressed his thoughts on that: "By the same respect we are function and towards nature, creating an ecological environment, harmonized perfectly with the landscape"

Sotirios G. Gratsanis

Sotiris Gratsanis was born in 1964 in Ioannina where he spent his childhood. As a student he lived in various cities in Greece due to the permutations of the Military Father and finished his studies in upper secondary school Zosimaia in Ioannina. In 1982 he entered the Military Academy (CPA). He graduated in 1986 with the rank of second lieutenant of Engineers. In 1996 he graduated from the Military Technical Training Engineer Officers (MTTEO) with specialization in structural technical engineer. In 2000 he graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with specialization in civil engineering. In 2003 he graduated from the School of War (INS). After a remarkable 26-year career path in different positions of the Armed Forces, was dismissed in 2008 bearing the rank of colonel. He worked in engineering offices doing design and supervision of private projects and now he works for the "Kanterakis S.A.", as a consultant on business-development division of the company.

Gina Stavraki

Gina Stavraki was born in 1956 in Athens and graduated from the Department of Architecture School of the Athens Polytechnic in 1980 and continued with postgraduate scholarship of the European Community (Kirk Memorial Scholarship) in Great Britain. She obtained a diploma of graduate studies in Development planning Unit-University College London (University of London). Then she obtained Master of Science in Architecture (Sociological - Structural analysis of space syntax) Barlett School of Architecture-University of London. The postgraduate work in particular related to the traditional Greek house, analysis and interpretation of spatial syntax, fortified settlements in the Aegean and analysis of urban structure. In her professional activity you can distinguish her participation in studies for hotels industries, holiday homes in many Greek islands, refugee rehabilitation in Taurus square, creating settlements homogeny (Arcadian village), studies for creating Pontian villages in northern Greece, the study of homogeny village "Palairos" where she was responsible and numerous other studies.
