Viewing the PlotsAfter expressing interest through the application form, about a specific property or the region in general, an experienced employee will make the first contact with the client in the client’s language, so that we understand in a better way his/her needs and offer any additional information. After choosing certain properties that will apply to the customers needs, an appointment will be set so that the client sees the property/properties and experiences the Cretan Way of Life. We welcome the clients at Chania’s International Airport and while we will have already taken care of their accommodation free of charge in traditional villas at Apokoronas district, the client will experience the magical lands, the fascinating view the ideal location and the high quality of Cretan life. If the client decides to proceed with buying a property, then our employee will be next to him/her during the entire process and will help him/her choosing all the materials that will be installed in his/her house (tiles, closets, paint colors, etc) from our great variety of samples available in our office. The First Steps Next, our employee will escort the client to his/her lawyer, or in case the client does not have one, we can introduce him/her to a number of local lawyers, who talk the client’s language and are experienced with this kind of process. After appointing a lawyer, he/she will manage all the issues concerning the transaction, will represent the client, will sign on his behalf and will make all payments and arrangements, without the presence of the client until the complete built of his/her property.The next step is getting a Tax Registry Number, (AFM). For European Union citizens this is something that requires only a copy of the passport and takes place at the local Inland Revenue tax office. After that a bank account should be opened in a local bank, so that the money for the payout of the property can be transferred there. |
