Paying Method

The Paying Method that Greekdreams follows is easy and simple and reassures the client that there
are never going to be extra charges or anything else that isn’t known before signing the contracts.

A10%) First of all a deposit of 10% of the total value of the property is demanded.
The 3% is given at the beginning so that the property is reserved for a period of three weeks. This period should be enough for the client to appoint a lawyer, get a tax registry number and open a bank account. The rest 7% is paid at the end of these three weeks. The 3% is not refundable but it can be used as a deposit for
another property if the client changes his/her mind.

B30%) After signing the contract another 30% of the total value of the property must be paid. In addition to this,
an amount of about 5 % of the total value must be paid in order for all the legal expenses to be covered (public notary, Taxes, land registry, permissions etc) and a 2% maximum of the total value is needed to pay the client’s lawyer.

C30%) After finishing the concrete built of all floors another 30% of the total value has to be paid.

D20%) When bricks and plastering are completed another part of 20% of the total value has to be paid.

E10%) The last installment, which is 10% of the total value of the property, takes place at the takepossession of the property by the client, when everything is completed.

During the process of the project and when every stage is completed photos will be mailed/posted to the client, as well as and, written reports by the engineers and the lawyer about the progress.
